We have a Full Tech enabled and Manual 25-step process to check the quality of our fabrics during production. This means we look closely at everything, from the way the threads are lined up to the tiny details in the embroidery, to make sure it’s just right before we pack and send it to you. Because our fabrics are cut specially for each order, just the way you ask for, we can’t accept returns once it’s delivered. This is because your fabric is unique to your order.

Shipping

  • We ship across India. For international deliveries, please speak to our customer support team on our customer care number, WhatsApp, or email. 
  • Shipment tracking details will be mailed to you on the registered email ID or Text Message on your registered Phone number.
  • For Fabrics only, the Items will be dispatched within 48 working hours of placing the order, and for stitched outfits, the timeline will be given by the stylist, It takes approximately 3 - 5 working days to deliver your product. Sometimes delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight/transportation delays, political disruptions and/or other unforeseen circumstances.
