Cancellation and Refund Policy Overview

Customer satisfaction is the Shobhini’s No.1 priority. We try to ensure that each customer has a seamless experience on each transaction. However, if due to unforeseen circumstances, you are not happy with the product, then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. If an item you ordered from Shobhini.in does not meet your expectations, please do write to us, and we would be happy to assist you.

Colours

We have made every effort to accurately display the colors of our products on Shobhini.in, however, we cannot guarantee the exactness of the color of fabrics as they appear online due to factors beyond our control, such as differences in computer or mobile screen settings. Please note that there may be variations between what you see on your computer monitor, tablet or mobile device and the actual product.

We will make every effort to accurately depict our products, but if you are uncertain about the fabric color, weight, or pattern of any item, we highly recommend ordering a swatch or sample before making a purchase. This will help ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Defective, damaged, wrong supply of products

We recommend customers to review the ordered products and quantity on the invoice before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier. This applies to all purchases made on Shobhini.in so you can be sure of the product’s name and quantity ordered. 

In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to the packet, please leave a remark on receipt to the logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products. We Also request you to make an unpackaging/unboxing video for the orders received and share it with us in case of any complaint/query.

In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at Info@shobhini.in within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images/Videos of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.

We, at The Shobhini.in are dedicated to offering you the best quality products. However, there is a remote possibility that while processing orders, minor errors might occur. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in the best condition, we have an internal check system that every order has to go through. 

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

1. An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email. 

2. If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect, colour mismatch, or fabric mismatch.

3. In the Case of Specific Fabrics(More than 2 Meters) and Specific Stitched outfits (Not customized), if your fabric quality does not meet your expectations, you can easily return/exchange the product. Please refer to the product description for which product is eligible for this condition return. 

Once we confirm the return eligibility after receiving and verifying the returned product, we will replace or refund at no charge, or if we are unable to do this due to the product being unavailable, we will refund both the fabric cost and the shipping fee (if applicable).  We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange through Email. 

Your purchase is not eligible for return or exchange if it meets the following conditions:

If the product has been used, altered, cut, changed, or torn, it will not be accepted as a return.

Products that were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase in the product description. 

Any Customised or made-to-Order Products will not be returned nor cancelled. 

Personalized Handwork / Embroidered products are not covered under the standard returns policy. Custom Dyed products are not covered under the standard returns policy.

Certain fabrics once cut from bundles are not covered under the standard returns policy. Please refer to the product description. 

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for fabrics measuring less than 2 meters, individual products valued at less than Rs 300, or items purchased during Exclusive sale periods.

Any Bulk Orders(Above 20 Mtrs) can not be returned. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, our customer support team will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You are also eligible for a full refund if you never received the order and we were able to confirm with the courier partner for the same. You need to inform the same within 3 days of the estimated delivery date. Though we keep full track of all the items in transit, however, your response is necessary for us to initiate the investigation and process any refunds. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of the approval of the return. The refund will be returned to the same payment method it was originally paid with. For example, if you paid by card, the refund will be credited to your card. Similarly, if you paid by UPI, the refund will be processed through UPI, and if you paid through net banking, the refund will be transferred via the same method.

if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact us for a confirmation ID or reference number if applicable.. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@shobhini.in

Return Shipping

In case a return is made due to a damaged product received or the wrong product received, we will arrange a pickup. You need to hand over the product to the pickup agency in the same condition with the packets and labels as received at the time of receiving. 

If the return is accepted in any other condition the Return needs to be sent to the mentioned below address. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as this is beyond our control. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Reverse Pick Up Policy

  • Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns/exchanges.
  • Please ensure that the returned Products are/is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in a saleable condition.
  • We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned along with all the tags and other product packaging. 
  • Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 3-4 business days from the date of request.
  • After the receipt of the item(s), your request for credit code/returns/exchanges will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of the Shobhini.

Exchange (If Applicable)

While we make sure of the quality, we do entertain the exchange in case of dissatisfaction with the product on all the items. Specified products are eligible for exchange only, please refer to the product description for the exchange policy. 

You can exchange the fabric within 48 hours from the date of receipt in the specified condition as mentioned above.

If there is a Size issue and you want another size, you can exchange the same item for a different size, as per availability. 

In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment and Approve the exchange after its inspection. 

Some of the pin codes are not feasible for Reverse pick-up, in such cases the customer will need to send it back to us.

International consignment cancellation, return and refund policy

Return: Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged unless found to be eligible for exchange or return at the discretion of Shobhini as detailed below. 

If the Product is received in damaged condition or if the product is delivered entirely different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused and in its original condition, within 2 days from the date on which these products are delivered. Please send an email to info@shobhini.in with details like the order number, and a picture/Video of the product you received by highlighting the damage if the product received in damaged condition.

We cannot guarantee the exactness of the color of fabrics as they appear online due to factors beyond our control, such as differences in computer or mobile screen settings. Please note that there may be variations between what you see on your computer monitor, tablet, or mobile device and the actual product. In these cases, the returns will not be accepted. 

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.  

We do not offer a reverse pick facility outside India. You need to arrange the shipment at your cost.

We will send you a Video/Image/Video Call of the products before shipment and once you agree then only the shipments will be made.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped out of our Warehouse which is notified through an Email/WhatsApp within 24-48 hours of placing an order. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid shall be credited back into the original mode of payment and in case of cash on delivery, no amount is to be refunded as was never paid. 

You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling us on our customer care number +918789936652.

A Made to Order can not be canceled once the fabric is cut and processed, which happens within 24 hours of the order being received. 

You can cancel your order before the product has been cut by calling us or writing us at info@shobhini.in. Your entire order amount will be refunded in the same mode as paid.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been cut, shipped, or delivered to you. You need to check the return policy if the order is delivered and you want to cancel it after receiving the order. 

Color & Description Disclaimer

The details of the products or product specifications (weight, colour, quantity, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values and almost to the best, however, these are non-standardized products and hence a slight variation can be expected in the actual product.

While every effort has been made to accurately reproduce colours, there may be minor variations in the colour of the actual product because of the nature of the product. Most of the products listed on the website are manufactured in different lots/batches and a slight variation in shape, colour size is characteristic of these products. The image shown on our website may differ from actual product due to lighting and digital photography and colour settings and capabilities of monitors.

Customers must place their order keeping in mind this minor variation in colour as seen on a computer screen against the actual colour of the physical product.

Notwithstanding the above or any other provision, Shobhini is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or any credit.

Shobhini has the sole discretion in deciding whether to accept the returns/ process refunds or not, depending on the merit of the case.
